The Indian Premier League – IPL 2023 is scheduled to begin in March till May 2023. Willow TV to broadcast live coverage of IPL 2023 in the United States and Canada. Whereas, Disney+ Hotstar secured the digital rights for the Indian Premier League Season 16.
The TATA Indian Premier League is the 16th Season and was scheduled to begin in March – May 2023 in India under the bio-secure bubble environment without any person attendance in Stadium due to the Covid-19 outbreak. But was postponed due to a large number of corona cases.
IPL 2023 is expected to begin on April 1, while the inaugural Women’s IPL season would run from March 3 to April 26. Each competition will occur in India. Even though the BCCI has not yet finalized the dates, the WIPL will begin a week after the 2023 Women’s T20 World Cup final, which is scheduled to take place on February 26 in Cape Town. The next item on BCCI’s agenda is the issuance of the Invitation to Tender for WIPL franchises. The BCCI seeks zonal-based teams as opposed to city-based ones. Each squad will represent a different region.
